Hi, here the project:
I need the admin to be able to create a client. This client will have access to all option except admin setting.
When the admin create a client, we need to fill up a form just like Create New Account, but we need to Add, Who is your provider. I can give you a list.
The client will be able to create their own lead witch is Create New Account. He need to be able to create and see is own.
When we click on an account, we have few option that appear before you can see the name to the left: History, View, Edit and Delete. When you click on History, you have access to the file of the client, this is where we can write info about our call with this client. But we can also add a follow up. There is a yes and no there. I need if put to yes to have a calendar that can let us select the date of the follow up. You can edit that page the way you want, but keep the note I need it. Once the follow up has been set up, I need to see it in the dashboard.
We also need to set up the calling time for the follow up.
After we need a reminder system which can be add. You know just like when you add an appointment to your schedule to your phone, you can add reminder. How we do remind them is by sms to phone. You remember we add a field for their supplier, well, let’s say I’m with Bell supplier, if I had my phone with an email I can send and SMS. Just like this.(can't write it here, because the system kick me off, but it's an email with a phone number) If I select bell, we need to be able to send and email with the phone they give then adding after the @ the extension of the supplier, which I can give to remind them to call the client. We sent a pre-formatted email, like: Hey don’t forget to call a client.
Then into All account Reminders we need to show reminder of the days plus the one not completed. Can we add a field to say it’s has been completed. Then when the client has click completed we send him back to the client file to right a note about the file.
All account Reminders can we Add the phone of the client to call into the page, can we show a reminder has been sent.
In my profile let them edit their information and add a picture if they want, you know profile stuff. And also a test message from the server for the phone. Just to be sure it work.
