Problems "Check Out" WooCommerce Checkout

Hello,
We have a problem in WooCommerce - the "check out" page does not show the 'Your Order' - and can't place on button "Place Order".
We tried many things ourselves by deactivating addons and plugins which didn't work until now. On some PC's it works fine, however on some PC's it does not work at all.
We tried also to update jQuery as in the browser the BlockUI seemed to be the problem, however this also wasn't the problem.
Please see the attachment. We need this to be fixed asap by a true professional. As budget to have it done today we offer $50.
