There are too many people out there charging way to much money for some really easy work. I can do everything I am about to ask for by myself and I know how much time and work it will take. I don't have time to do this that's why I am posting here on scriptlance. I believe in honest pay for honest work. If you believe in charging ridicules prices because you have a good reputation or you're a brand name firm then stop reading right now and move on to another project because I can spot you a mile away and you will be ignored along with your bid. Ok now that I got rid of all them we can get down to business. I am looking for value (best bang for my buck if you will). So please make sure that if you do bid, that you also post a privet message explaining to me how you came up with your bid and what you will do in exact detail. Remember that I can do everything I am asking form you, so I will know if you are blowing smoke up my @*$. Half payment when I see the site working on your server to my complete satisfaction the other half when I see it working on mine to my complete satisfaction. When complete the entire website should be able to be administered online via a nice control panel and the WebPages should be easily updateable threw any html program. All raw code and image files need to be on my server and I must retain all copyright permissions. All money transactions will be escrowed. You need to have a working contact email, IM and phone number. I need to see a live demo of something close to it before I even consider picking you.
