I need to install the admin template:

And the script:

and/or
[login to view URL]
The admin template will serve as a design for both user login and admin login of the script. I must be able to use the script and all of its features, and also I must be able to modify the design parameters of the template (customize fonts, types, add widgets, etc) which are allowed in the admin template.
Each of the scripts with the design admin template should be installed on separate domain and will serve for different purposes.
Further I will need minor programming work to modify the scripts (php, mysql, codeignitor)
Further I will need all work related to maintenance, and customizations or add-ons which will be necessary from time to time, on a permanent basis.
