Signal Sign on ADFS for web application

Hello
need some help for achieving single sign on for ADFS for our web application
will need step by step support / advice on what to do, what to request from the other organisation and what we need to provide them. You may need to write any code that we need to implement on our end.
We run Windows Server 2008 and IIS for our web server for a web application written in PHP
The single sign in is for an ADFS setup at a different organisation (we won't have access to their end)
there will be some other sign on integrations to do too (amazon)
