Simple webapp for personnel agency - online sharing of .pdfs, adding comments and keywords to them.
Restricted access. Login and password created by admin in all cases.
Two main functionalitites:
1) add and see job profiles, filter them by profession, by place of work (city), from new to older entries
2) add, see and comment CVs (add remarks), filter them by profession, name (A-Z), new to older
A jobprofile = a vacancy, pdf.
A CV = Curriculum Vitae of an candidate, pdf.
A remark = a comment added to the CV by the admin or the agency.
Add a jobprofile = upload a pdf file + add „place of work“, „profession“ keywords.
Add a CV = upload a pdf file + add „skills/education“, „name and surename“, „agency“ keywords.
Add a remark = comment a CV. CVs and comments are visible to admin and respective agency only.
Login as ADMIN (ADM)
On the page are these links: Jobprofiles | CVs | List of agencies
Admin can see, upload, manage jobprofiles + their keywords, sort them new to old, search by a keyword.
Admin can see all CVs them + their keywords, add remarks to all CVs. Search in CVs by a keyword.
There are contacts to every agency – a separate page?
Special keywords are OPEN/CLOSED = open CV is still in use, closed CV either no job or job offer accepted.
Login as AGENCY (AGE)
Agency can see all jobprofiles, sort them new to old, search by a keyword.
Agency can see, upload, manage own CVs only, add remarks to these CVs, sort them new to old.

There are contacts to VISSIO on every page (top/bottom).
