Good day,
I need a wallpaper site script that looks something like this : (Check site demo and admin demo)

With customizable modules (the left, center, and right box) that allow me to use custom HTML code in it which works as good as vBadvanced plugin [Portal] for vbulletin forum and a comment box in every displayed picture.
And if possible, user can create an account and get a special permission for premium member (for those who donated) to remove the watermark of the image. And for all member (normal and premium member), they get a personal space (like myspace and friendster, but not too complex).
I'm not good at scripting, so it will be good if most of the feature of the site is customizable at admin panel.
