I would like to have an iPhone controlling application that drives web based ice hockey scoreboard. Scoreboard needs to have scores (goals), running clock (warmup, 1st, 2nd and 3rd period + overtime and penalty shots - user editable time countdown from 20, 15, 10 minutes, etc.), team names and logos.

On iPhone I must be able to start/stop and edit time and enter all game actions (goals, penalty with player number, periods)
Output / display should be in web browser, it can run as a PHP driven trough XML, database or other pipe. I need a fullscreen on green (chromakey) background.
It should run on windows or similar computer. Canvas output size needs to be 1980x1080 or smaller.
It can be only iPhone app with rendering the results in a web page.
iPhone is the controller, fullscreen display is the host.
