Build me a simple flask-based (book) search website

I would like for someone to build me a simple website using Flask as a back-end and using Bootstrap as a barebones front end. The site needs:
- Connectivity to my sql (currently sqlite3) database using SQLAlchemy. The sqlite3 database is of books, with two tables:
- A book table with document vectors representing each book, and bibliographical data on the book.
- An author table with author information
- Search function (I can handle the back end)
- The user would submit a search query as a string (could be almost any length, upto 10,000 words)
- This would call a server-side function, which I can provide, and perform a server-side search to find the 'most similar' books from the query.
- The resulting hits to be pulled & displayed from the books database
- User registration & login capabilities
- Ability to save searches to each user's account
As far as pages go, it needs:
- A home page (a search box)
- A results page
- An authors page (list a summary of books linked to the author)
- A registration page / login page
- A user page (with basic profile info & saved searches)
Deployment onto Heroku or PythonAnywhere is preferable but open to suggestions.
I want to be able to develop & build on it going forward, so I would really appreciate the code being readable and being well-structured.
