Dummy Application - teacher

Hello,
I am an experienced .NET developer but I am a beginner in REACT, without prior knowledge of Angular or Vue.
I have to implement a web application (SPA) and I need a help from you in order to help me with
1) the structure of the web application (e.g. how to place the files of the react and of the .NET under one project and be able to compile both, the structure of the files of the REACT, etc)
2) the authentication part (at the client side).
The Front End must be with REACT/REDUX and the Back-end with .NET Framework 4.7.2. The web server must be IIS 10.
I can use Visual Studio 2017 (for .NET) and Visual Studio Code (for REACT).
The web application has a member area. I have already implemented the authentication part (OAuth) from the side of the Back-end. However, I need your help here. Since, I am not expert in REACT, you need to implement the part of the REACT which is checking for the authenticity of the user.
You will need to connect with my PC via TeamViewer and implement it with my collaboration. Knowing English with good accent is a must.
I assume that I may need you for 2, maybe 3 hours.
