fully equipped (bed linen, kitchen tools, towels, washing machine ...)

quiet with windows open.

outdoor view and/or external area

Quick access to tram station (not metro)

Less than 5 tram stop from center

Maximum renting price: < 2000 €

Bonus:

Last floor

Freelancer has to provide link to the flat (http://...) with pictures. Or pdf files if not published on the web.

Freelancer payment when 1st day in the flat.
