Project Description: Freelance Recruiter for NonIT Positions - More than 7 Mid-level Candidates
We are looking for a freelance recruiter who specializes in Non-IT to help us fill more than 30 entry and mid-level positions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in the recruitment industry and a proven track record of successfully recruiting mid-level sales professionals.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in recruiting (IT and NON-IT) professionals, preferably in the mid-level range
- Familiarity with the recruitment industry and an understanding of the skills and qualifications
- Ability to source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' sales abilities and cultural fit
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with candidates and close job offers
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and qualifications for each position
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract mid-level sales professionals
- Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their suitability for the positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring
