Develop a concept design for a data center facility that is going to be built over 5 phases, with some common areas to all phases.
If the concept design is adopted more detailed drawings will be requested later. Freelancer should suggest the best possible facility design solution options.
once awarded i will provide you a background information about the purpose of the building, for now you can just google "data center building" images and have an idea.
20,000 m2 is total land area,
6 phases, each phase of 2,000 m2 IDC which accommodates around 600 racks
I will give you the project components and dimension of each. for example, i will give you we need a 50 sqm reception to be placed on ground floor... and 200 sqm cafeteria on first floor... we will work together me and you to bring out the concept. we can design all in one building multiple floors, or maybe in 2 to 3 buildings interconnected where the common areas are in the center...
at the end, the result expected is :
• Master site layout
• Each building layout per floor, outside facades, and dimensions
• Partitioning of each block or building
• 3D rendering from outside and inside...
this is a high level design to bring out a concept, so there is no need for detailed drawings...
we need to finish it in 5 days from time of award
