VBS Script - PC data pull & excel output

I need a vbs script for pulling pc information by IP range

I need

Hostname / IP / Logged user ID / MAC / Servicetag / Manufactuer / Model / OS /date of issue as the coloum headings, and the rows populated with the machine data. (objWMIService & PC data)

I need to be able to run a vbs script and it ask for the IP range or singular IP etc & excel file name to create, it then scans the IP range and pulls the hostnames & collects the data from each pc & includes this on the created excel sheet.

I have a basic vbs running for some data but I want a more robust option for collecting a lot of data.

Please quote for above system - I do not want bits of script from the internet putting together & a large price placed onto it, if you do have a solution as per above please quote accordingly
