I need to build an application with Google Maps integration, something like "people in the world" for a tourism website.

Requirements:

- People will need to accept the application and become fan of my page/group on Facebook.

- They will need to choose where do they live in the world, and than automatically will be pinned in the Google Map.

- They will read my website news automatically when I post them in my websites (rss feed)

- They will comment on new posts, share the application with minimum 20 friends.

- Should be able to post pictures

Any other idea is welcome.
