This project could be fairly easy for the right person. The site already has a page of PR2 and was at position one in google for the keyword "rent a bar"
the website is called rent a bar. We would be looking also for the keyword "mobile bar kent"
as we know google needs to see a updated site constantly if it does not it slips down in the ranking.
This website has been left many months and not updated.
we have a few good links to the site, giving it a PR 2.
