I am looking for an experienced link builder to provide me with 50 PR5+ one-way links to my website about Prefab, Modular, Manufactured Homes.
The following requirements are not negotiable.
Links:
* Must be a text links - no graphics.
* Must display exactly as requested (I will send URL, Description and Title)
* Links must be free, PERMANENT one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code.
* No guestbooks, FFA's, Blogs, Classifieds, dynamic inks, forums , syndicated articles etc.
* One link per domain, all from different c-class IP addresses.
* One way non-reciprocal links.
* No more than 20 outbound links per page.
* WHITE HAT techniques ONLY.
The Page containing my link:
* All links must be from static pages that are relevant(New Jersey Real Estate, and Related Towns)
* The page containing the link must be navigable from the website home page
* No more than 40 other total links on the same page - Inbound and outbound combined.
* The page containing the link must be PR3+
* Page must not be disallowed by [url removed, login to view]
* Must be manually submitted - No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis, SEO Elite or others)
Web Sites hosting the page containing my links:
* English language web sites only.
* No porn/adult, gambling medical, drug, pharmacy, or inappropiate sites.
* Web sites must be fully operational (Not under construction or built just for SEO purposes)
* No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
* No redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics.
* No Link Farms, link exchanges or directory submissions
* No blacklisted or spam sites.
Other requirements:
* Links must be found using the link:<sitename> modifier in Google to count.
* No more than 20 links to be established each week
* Weekly Excel report to be provided to me with URL, Page Rank, IP Address, Anchor Text.
* Please submit samples of 3-5 sites and/or locations you expect to use with bid.
This is just he first of many sites to be optimized across a wide range of clients (ecommerce, info, services, etc)
