create PowerBi dashboard from multiple excel sheets

i have an excel sheets in different sharepoint folders,
i need to connect these sheets with a powerbi dashbaord
most of the sheets contains the same column names ex: "id, name, mobile,..."
the dashboard should list by default all the data from the sheets (all ids, all names,...)
some of the sheets has different column name but the same data i need ex"user id, username, phone number,.."
- any changes in these sheets must be reflected directly to the dashboard
- the dashboard contains simple search box, search by “name, phone num,..”
- the results then will be the list of the user search “the user can export/download the result data
- if the search box is empty, the results will bo all the data
- the dashboard contains simple graphs based on the user search/
you will not have access to the sharepoint folder or the sheets, i will conduct a meeting and share myscreen, then you will tell me what to do
