Command line tool to logon to Azure Web App (which uses Azure Active Directory / OAuth2)

Hi,

I need a command line to that allows me to logon to a specific Azure Web App. The Web App is using Azure Active Directory authentication (OAuth2).

The command line tool needs to support the following parameters

[url removed, login to view] $URL $UserName $Password $OutputTextFile

The app needs to load the specified URL, logon using an account I will provide, and write the output of the specified URL to a text file.

I have installed a sample Web App to test the tool at: [url removed, login to view]

The tool must be build in Visual Studio and must not use any 3d party tools or a web browser. If you can create this tool in PowerShell that is also allowed

The tool must be able to run stand alone (for example as a service), use native HTTP commands and not use screen recording technology

The program must either be an stand alone EXE or a PowerShell script
