I would like some one who has already done work in this area and can supply a "test application" with the API already implemented in a dll

The project is

I have a shipping application, i'm looking for some one to add a function that will allow me to pass the relevant data to it to print label using the royal mail API

Further work will follow to implement picking up a csv to print labels in the same application if the 1st work, works out

Must be in visual studio 2010 using visual c#, have good English and understanding of what is required
