I want a excel document converted to a costume made software that can be used offline, online, local network that multibel user can use it on windows.

the start is the login page.
the second font is the overview of all the "force element" that can use the "registration excel document"
the third font you can make and store "a registration event" like store more of the excel document when its done and open new "document"
Alot of the work is done, i need you to finish what is left.
