Filling and stoppering system for nested glass syringes
Interfaces I Equipment:
All parts over the table top the machine, work table, panels, base the machine should be S.S. (stainless steel),materials use for construction should be approved by F.D.A. for pharmaceutical application. All material contact part with product: polished AISI 316LRa=0,6 μm,welded edges<=1.6 μm, the unit must be protected by L.A.F.(Iaminar air flow)over the units with “O” RABS with glove port & gloves for operation.
Filling and stoppering process:
The TUB loading/unloading are manually, the nest feeding,which allows run the machine from left to right,nest loading manually done ,nest X/Y transport table fully servo driven , filling are carried out by rotary piston pumps, (AISI 316L stainless steel with dosing volume adjustment), pumps are servo driven too, Nested stopper insertion unit using vacuum should be equipped.
Stopper plungers will be available in Nested form.
