Simple 2 day project: Create a prototype, demo microsoft Access application with VBAcode

I am a developer with several years experience (C, C++, C#, Java, Python etc). I also have a lot of experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle and some Sybase). I come from a strong Linux background, but have also used Microsoft products (Access, Visual Studio etc.) in the past.

I need to quickly develop a Microsoft Access (2010 or later) database application. I have already started the application development, but need someone who is more experienced in with Access/VBA to put together parts of the application that would otherwise require me to do a lot of reading, trial and error etc to implement my self.

I have designed the database schema for the application - you will be provided with the schema. The schema is for a SQL Server database. The project involves a backend database (SQLServer), and a frontend consisting of forms, reports and GUI which will be designed in Access.

The point of this project is to provide cookbook type instructions (via implementation) for functionality that I need in the application but will require a lot of reading/experimenting etc (i.e. time), if I were to implement it myself - so I need someone who will be able to pickup from what I have done so far, and implement the parts that I need, so I can learn how to do this (by looking at their example).

The project functional requirements are listed below:

1. Starts up and displays modal login dialog box

* Password stored as hash in backend database

* After N unsuccesful logins user logged out, admin user has to unset user

* On successful login Application starts, no Access Ribbons, menus or toolbars etc -

the application looks like a standalone application, with no indication that it was built using access

2. Demonstrate how to call stored procedure from VBA (passing arguments from VBA)

* stored procedures with the following prototype specifications:

i. accepts the following simple data types (int, bool, string, double, double[])

ii. separate procedure with the following return types

a. returns int

b. returns bool

c. returns string

d. returns double

e. returns double[]

f. returns Table (i.e. Recordset)

3. Create 2 MS Access forms (Loan appl, collat reg) that are equivalent to provided MS Word documents

i. One of the forms will require to be implemented via wizard (because of multiple fields)

ii. Demonstrate loading picture to form (picture to be stored on path, NOT in database)

iii. CRUD and search functionality for objects created from forms

4. Create 3 Access reports (disbursement, client registration receipts, cash register) that are equivalent to provided MS Office documents

5. VBA code which will provide the following functionality:

i. Database connection

ii. Running stored procs and returning results

iii. Running queries and returning results

iv. User permissioning

user permissions are implemented through database tables (see db schema)

i. allow role change

ii. enforce permissioning (either throw Exception from Db server or have stored proc check permission table and return boolean based on if user has role or not)

Note: Maximum bid for the project should be in the region of $100, as the project should not take more than 2 days to complete
