280276 wipfw ruleset

Hi, we have some attacks to our windows server, badly there arent a good cheap firewall for 64bits os, so we found wipfw, the windows port of the freebds ipfw.

We need some guru of ipfw that have rulesets for everykind of internet attacks to stop dos (syn flood, port scan, etc)

The server is a gameserver that have a few open ports using windows firewall, but the server is constantly flooded and lagged as hell
