Setup Windows 2012 Server

I have a brand new Microsoft Server 2012 that needs setting up for a small office of 10 PC’s. I will setup/configure the PC’s myself.
The following has already been completed:
1) Windows 2012 R2 installed and fully updated
2) C and E drive partitioned
3) Active Directory installed
4) Windows DNS installed
5) Windows DHCP installed
I need the following setup:
1) DNS configured correctly
2) DHCP to be configured correctly
3) When users are created for the user home directories to be created in the e:\Users folder
4) Roaming profiles to be enabled and stored on the E drive
5) Run Windows 2012 best practice analyser to scan and fix any errors
6) When users login they need to be automatically given a Z drive mapped to the \\server1\data share
7) When users login with their PC’s, their Outlook needs to auto configure to connect to their hosted exchange account held externally
8) PC’s to be automatically updated using Windows Update Service
Access can be provided by Teamviewer.
As you can see the tasks are very basic for a competent Windows server administrator so should take 2 hours at most. I simply don’t have the free time to do this myself.
