Wordpress Blog Thesis Website

I would like to have website built on a Wordpress platform using the Thesis Theme. However, I do not want this site to look like a blog. I will need 2 additional Worpress blogs installed as sub-directories of this site.

I will also need a private access section of this site that I can use as an interactive e-learning environment where I will be posting Camtasia videos, Articulate Presenter Videos, Quizzes, and Engage Interactions with downloadable pdf's and mp3 downloads.
