Creative Motion Graphics Editor for Music Video

I need a motion graphics editor to create a 3 minute promotional video for a song. The video concept is the part-reveal of a black and white photograph during the course of the music, with the reveals being in time with the music and using overlays of interesting colours/patterns. The viewer doesn't get to see the whole image. This requires an imaginative creative individual. The final video will be one of 6 that will be used to promote an album being released directly by the artist in September. I estimate that this should take about a day and half.
