Vicidial management

I am looking for a freelancer to help with the ongoing management of Vicidial, specifically in the following tasks:

Tasks:

1. Create users in ViciDial

2. Upload Data

3. Create and set up campaigns

4. Manage VOIP carrier - DID numbers

5. Attend tech support enquiries from agents (Ticket System)

6. Run campaign reports

The ideal candidate should have experience in managing Vicidial and be familiar with its various features and functionalities. They should also have a strong understanding of call center operations and be able to provide guidance and support to agents.

This is an ongoing management project, as we will need assistance in maintaining and optimizing our Vicidial system on a regular basis.

We anticipate that there will be around 11-50 agents using the system, so the freelancer should be able to handle this volume of users and provide the necessary training and support.
