Monthly link project

I need one-way, non-reciprocal links from pages starting from Google PR3 and up. I need 20 a month from health related/arthritis/glucosamine web sites.

Criteria:

1) Payment will be made on a per link basis with several different link URL's and different anchor text provided.

2) One way (non-reciprocal) links only, no link exchanges

3) Link requests must be submitted and permanent

4) No link farms, Blogs or spam sites

5) Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache

6) Must be manually submitted

7) There would be various Target domains / URL's

8) Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses

9) No more than 30 outbound links per page.

10) Links must contain our target anchor text, or keyword variations thereof.

11) Maximum of two links from any domain

12) All links must be indexable by googlebot, no page restrictions - rel="nofollow", [url removed, login to view] blocking, java links, jump scripts or framed pages

13) Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted.

14) Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted.

15) No "Black Hat" methods accepted.

16)Payment from GAF escrow to start and direct from Paypal after that on a monthly basis.
