ryoku : SEO for New OSCommerce Site

This project is to provide search engine optimisation and expertise in a consultancy role to new Project : “ryoku : New OSCommerce Site”.

Budget : $100 to $300

NOTE: This project is not to create the new OSCommerce web site and provide PHP based functionality. It is to oversee this procedure and advise on the SEO issues. It will include creating some product based SEO copy.

You will need proven experience of SEO with OSCommerce and PHP.

You will only be allowed to use ethical, non-spamming SEO techniques.

Communication is vital to this project and during the project I expect responses to emails within 2 hours.

The author is knowledgeable about SEO and knows long term rankings can not be obtained in days or even weeks. Please do not bid if you intend to spam.

Once the new OSC site is created in an SEO efficient manner, the successful bidder will have an option of a monthly contract to manage on-going SEO and site promotion.

Project Requirements.

[url removed, login to view] consultancy on all SEO aspects of website design with OSCommerce. This will include avoiding any know SEO issues with PHP/OSC and recommending any proven SEO contributions to OSC.

[url removed, login to view] optimised copy for the new OSC design including category and product descriptions. (30 products). This will include SEO optimised titles, meta and other HTML tags for each product page.

[url removed, login to view] all SEO related issues detailed in the design specification ([url removed, login to view]). This will include managing the transition of existing, high ranking [url removed, login to view] pages which link to the old e-commerce product pages and linking them to the new OSC product pages.

[url removed, login to view] from an SEO point of view the best way to go-live and replace the existing [url removed, login to view] site with the new OSCommerce one.

[url removed, login to view] a report / feedback regarding the overall search engine penetration of [url removed, login to view] and suggest areas for improvement. This will include analysis of existing on-page and off-page SEO, position in major search engines and directories and suggestion of way forward.
