Rebuild of responsive templates Project

We are looking for a skilled front-end developer who is fluent in correcting,optimizing and reducing codes in responsive templates (HTML 5 / CSS3) for a website. Work should be pixel perfect level of detail and mobile solid compatibilty.
All templates should be made go ready for a website coded with Php and Codeigniter.
There will be instances whereby the template requires JavaScript / Jquery elements so it's important you are completely comfortable with this as well as with fixed website elements.
We shall give u test of 4 pages, which need to be done in 2 days! templates are done for 50%-70%. Depends how you look at it. If necessary, you can start [login to view URL] average we have found that a PSD template takes 2-2.5 hours to convert with an additional 1-1.5 hours for the responsive elements.
As long you guarantee us finished work within deadline. You must be able to communicate daily.
Deadline is 2 weeks. Note; this is a complex or high leven of programming project and we accept only a zero tolerance default templates!
