The assignment is to redesign (graphical) an existing classifieds site. Detailed specification attached. The work is primarily for graphic designers, although concepts of how css and html works may help. So, this is not to develop a site (no programming), just build some graphics for an existing site.
UPDATED - The scope is only to develop the first page and the logo.
