Convert a Template to a Website

Hi there
All I need is for someone to take existing templates that I have (already pre mocked up) and add content feeds from sites (that I will give more info on later - but very easy using a plugin already installed), and basically putting sites together that "look" nice but using only RSS feeds from other sites that I will give later.
This will be an ongoing job. I normally have done them myself, but Im running low on time and need someone to do them for me. On average each site takes me an hour to and hour and a half max. (Just to give you an idea on time).
Each week I will need roughly 10 - 20 sites - maybe sometimes more. Depends on whats happening at the time.
I need someone that has a first language being English, and also someone that I can rely on time wise. Also - I need a price per site built. Outside of adding feeds, the only very small design need is maybe adding a small simple logo (to do with the domain name - nothing fancy - really simple). That's it.
