Insert HTML/CSS Table into Shopify Page properly.

Hi there. I am fed up with trying to code using Shopify and need your help. I have a table that I want to insert below my tour map on this page ([url removed, login to view]).
Here is the table (one row only for now) with MailChimp popup: [url removed, login to view]
I want to be able to duplicate the rows and add more cities and dates. The formatting and the popup shape, size, and styling keeps getting messed up every time I try to input the code and it's extremely frustrating. I need the table to appear EXACTLY like it does on CodePen, and for the MailChimp popup to appear EXACTLY like it does in CodePen as well. Please get rid of the existing table that is on the page and add the one from CodePen so it sits nicely on the page.
If you can help me, I will have more coding jobs for you in the future.
