Sip Phone Development (Similar to Eyebeam Sip Phone)

We are looking to have a developer or team develop a sip phone for us similar to eye beams remote tool. I am not a very good project manager, so I am looking for someone who can take the information provided and run with it. I don't care if you use open source software to develop this product, but I will need to be able to sell the program when I am done to our customers who purchase our voip server.
