Add an icon to a Wordpress homepage

I have a website, built on the cherry Framework, and I need to add an icon to the homepage. Sounds easy, but I cant figure out this Cherry Framework shortcode thing. I need the icon to look like the others on the row, and I need it to change when hovered on, and link to a page
There is a .css class I cant find from someone else working on this site. It is driving me crazy.
You can see the 3 icons in the middle of the page, here:
