Wordpress: Forms Price Simulation

This project is about 2 models of contact forms.
1) The fist form needs to be improved. it is a contact form already built in contact form 7. This form has 3 objectives:
a) Collect user information
b) Do a Price Simulation on how much the product will cost in a monthly basis (There is a finance formula behind that needs a calculated field)
c) We need a table in admin area to place 3 parametres that the price simulation uses to calculate.
d) If the customer likes the simulation price, he press a button, upload a few files and receive a confirmation email with a copy of the file.
e) All form data must be saved in Wordpress and accessed on a table.
2) The second form is a variation of the first form.
a) The difference is that the user will inform how much they pay on the light bill and the user will receive options of prices based on months installments (12, 24, 36, 48, 60 or 72)
b) The options should be showed in a table on the website and the user should select the option that matches their interest.
c) With the information selected, he press a button, upload files and receives a copy.
d) All information should be stored in wordpress and accessed on a table.
