InfoPath SharePoint API integration with UPS

Hi
I have a Infopath form template in a SharePoint document library. Through the use of a supplied API from UPS I would like to communicate to the UPS collection web service from within my InfoPAth form. UPS supply the API (collection API), I need this intergrated using [url removed, login to view] code running behind the form to allow the user to click collect and the API/web service informs UPS of a collection with the relevant field data complete.
