Need an appropriate design for an Air bnb property. Will be used on all print and digital work that represents the home. Will need all associated file types with delivery. Should be highly creative, yet simplistic and without too much busy work. Please use your own creative work. Possibly a House, Palm Tree and Sun in it? Doesn't have to be that but, that is just an idea. Minimalist design with clean lines and creativity. Think sheek and stylish.

This logo is done very creatively and simple.

The name of the property is: La Perla Palm Beach (the name needs to be in the logo- Clean Lines Font - No &quot;feet&quot; on the letters of the font please, and no playful - swirly looking fonts).
No words or anything that says or promotes Air bnb&#039;s brand. Only La Perla Palm Beach
Main colors are Yellow and Red ( The house is yellow with a red door and red shutters)
Actual home pic is included.

“Great Job on the final design. Seller was a little pushy about completing the project after we awarded him the job. He tried to rush us into making a quick decision before we were 100% done with the modifications and adjustments. We did not enjoy that. Aside from that he was very accommodating to our requested changes and produced the best work out of 113 designs because he paid close attention to the instructions in the project description. UPDATE: If you are using a logo generator that produces standard designs and images that I can find anywhere online and not your own creativity, you will have a less likely chance to be selected. We are looking for creative work that is done with your imagination, creativity and the guidelines we have given. Thank you again for your submissions.
