Build me a vector business logo and matching images

My business is called Vaccone LLC. It's a small scale business that aims to benefit its community and encourage its consumers to stand out. As a result, its motto is "Be Bold." The company's primary color is silver (#cfcfcf), but I want each artwork to be both attractive and vivid.

I want to have three different pieces of (preferably vector) art: a logo, a banner, and a recognizable business pattern. Reference images and explanations will be attached below.

For the logo, I want the business to appear humanized and seemingly accountable. As a result, I want to be the face of the company and its logo, but the logo should still display the company name. I want entries to illustrate the logo in a unique way that is colorful, while still utilizing the company color.

I'm more flexible on the banner. When horizontal, the length should be three times as long as the height. I also want it to be just as appealing when vertical (for advertisements). I want it to match the logo and still be just as colorful, but the most critical aspect of the banner is its attractiveness. I want the banner to display the company name.

The pattern should be unusual and engaging so that I can use it for general purposes and associate it with the company. It would be similar to how Pewdiepie uses his red and black striped design.

All the submissions look professional and straightforward. However, I am not looking for a traditional logo because it does not fit the direction I want for my company. I do not wish for entries to be mass produced and similar to every other brand. To be clear, I want my face to be the basis of the logo (think of KFC). I want to associate myself with the company directly because of how personal the business is to me. The logo should resemble the three photo reference images I attached to the contest. The design of the logo should be bold and artistic. I additionally attached three pieces of facial paintings to show what kind of art interests me. You can submit concept art for feedback. The banner and pattern are much more flexible but still vital. I'm still expecting the logo designer also to provide them later in the contest. Good luck on upcoming entries.
