I'm seeking a skilled graphic artist to craft a captivating, cartoonish illustration for a t-shirt. In this graphic, I desire a black and white cartoon panther. The scene should depict David Tepper, owner of the Panthers, riding the chained up panther, similar to the cartoonish alien I have depicted in the attached photo. David Tepper should be looking smug and arrogant atop the chained panther. The panther should look sad, again, similar to the cartoon panther depicted in the attached sample art.

• The cartoon style should not be overly simplistic or childish, but maintain a balance between reality and animation.
• Broad knowledge and experience in creating cartoon characters and familiarity with t-shirt design would be a significant advantage for this task.
• The ability to accurately caricature David Tepper is highly important as well.

I do not want AI generated images!!!! There should be a likeness to David Tepper as shown in the picture. The Panther should look SAD like a worn out horse, not angry or ready to fight. I want the style to resemble the picture attached.
