Logo for carpentry business - should be a straightforward job

Hi there!

We would like a logo designed for our company 'BUCK CARPENTRY & JOINERY'. We would like the following design:
(1) A circular design
(2) A stag's skull similar to the attached designs
(3) The words 'BUCK CARPENTRY & JOINERY' somehow placed on the logo
(4) The text in a block / military style font.

We'd like a couple of formats of the logo:
(1) A normal image eg. JPEG. The background to be white and the logo to be in black.
(2) The second one, I'm afraid I don't know what this one is called, but where the logo is see-through/ the background of the logo is transparent so we can put in on a range of different backgrounds... I think it's called a PNG or a vector?!

Should you be successful, we'd then like to award an extra £10 just to create a more compact/smaller version of the logo, so it's a very similar design, but just with the text shortened to 'BCJ'.
