Biometrics punët

We need to add a company / Student ID card system onto our existing Biometrics Time and attendance system. The successful coder will have to use (and add additional fields) our existing databases so that we can easily comnine the project into our T&A software. We are looking for a 1) basic WYSIWYG label creator program as well 2) as three standard ID card formats. Looking for site intro/info flash. Should have similar feel of website . Should be high tech, have music background and/or sounds, and have high quality images floating or flying or however creative you can get from the biometrics industry (can understand more by looking at site and attached doc.) ...at 500 DPI. Problem is it's a big image on the screen or web page, far to large. So the quickest solution I thought was to complete the long overdue .Picture property. A typical .Picture property works fine if overlapped or invisible. So I thought I could leave it large, but invisible and use the standard VB Kodak (I think) picturebox control that has a zoom function. So scan at 500 DPI in the Biometrics ActiveX but don't show it. Using the .Picture property the image is copied to a standard VB control for zoomed display. But since each of the device SDK's handle images differently I was looking for code that would basically use what is being displayed in the ActiveX and not code specific to each SDK.
