The jupyter script "" is written to run 2 functions on the transposed data files. The functions are called "LZs" and "LZc". The output of each of these functions is written to a separate .csv file. At the moment, I need to manually run the script on each file, by changing the file name of the .txt input data file and the file names of the 2 output .csv files (as you can see from the comments in the script). Also, I can only run this script by putting the .txt file in the top-level user folder, and it outputs the 2 .csv files to this same folder. The code will need some modification, as I believe it is designed to operate on a single “epoch” (time range). My data files are made up of multiple epochs, each epoch being 1001 samples (columns). So the LZ function will need to start again after 1001 columns, and output/save the LZ result for each epoch. The LZc function should output one result for each epoch, so each data file should produce a linear set of LZc results (one for each epoch). Looking for a sql developer to help 1) prepare data in SQL View or table so that I can visualise the data as a 'Network Chart' in Tableau. The chart should show Territories with Countries, Companies and Contacts linked. Please see this video to help explain how the data should be prepared : From the video, the data is prepared manually, I need this prepared so that row ids, x and y axis are generated dynamically so that I can plot the data in Tableau. The relationships and datasets are simple yet there are a lot of contacts and companies. Perhaps a Skype call would be easier to explain? Have you done something like this before?
