I have a...(xp pro sp1). I am having trouble with xml messages that are sent to the MSMQ in soap format from a C# app (c# uses the binarywriter available in .net). I am looking for code that will open the MSMQ peek at the msg soapbody and write out the contents to a file. see attached code example of my code so far. I have the code so it will open (peek) at the msmq and puts it in a byte array. What I need is to write this out to disk file. We are currently trying to deploy the XP SP1 via zenworks to the workstation ('Lights out'). Everything runs fine except that the cannot complete the reboot request. I have tried to write a wrapper in VB which calls the (with command line params) and attempts a system reboot using the ExitWindowsEX & InitiateSystemShutdown API calls but I am not getting any results. *Note.
