Create High-Detail STEP Files from Images or attached STEP File

We are looking for a Freelancer who can create a STEP file from several 2D non-technical images, or the attached dimensionless STEP file.
This final project STEP file will be used to create a 3D printed model. Any large STEP files of the final product will need to be broken up into two smaller STEP files so they can individually fit on the 3D Print bed. The printing area is 10"x10"x10".
Please refer to image 1. This images shows a speaker grill for a car dash that sits inside of a bezel. We need to change the grill into a 3D dome that will hold 3 satellite antennas. That specific antenna dims will be provided later. THE OUTER PERIMETER OF THE STEP FILE NEEDS TO EXACTLY MATCH THE OUTER PERIMETER OF IMAGE 1. AGAIN, THE OUTER PERIMETER MUST EXACTLY MATCH THE IMAGE.
Image 2 shows the speaker grill set into its bezel. In this image, the bezel is INVERTED, so it is showing the bottom side.
Image 3 shows the underside of the bezel, and how the perimeter of the grill sets into the flange. The height of that perimeter flange for the dome will be 0.085".
Image 4 shows that there is a slight radius on the bottom of the bezel. It is exaggerated in this image as the right side of the image is standing above the table on stand-off posts. The radius in reality will only be 0.125" or so above the flat plane in its center. We may have to create the correct radius through trial and error by 3D printing the component.
Images 5, 6, and 7 shows the dome that will be creating that will replace the speaker grill. So the perimeter of the dome must again exactly match the grill and the inside perimeter dims of the bezel. We will be providing the awarded Freelancer with the dims of the inside perimeter of the bezel before the work commences.
Also attached is a STEP file that has no dimensions if it would be easier to utilize that file to begin with.
The height of the dome STEP file needs to be 1.125" and the height of the base perimeter flange is 0.085". The thickness of the STEP file, except for that 0.085" perimeter base, needs to be 0.125".
So to recap, we are creating a dome to replace the speaker grill that will be modeled from the speaker grill dimensions or the attached dimensionless STEP file.
At the end of your task, you need to submit the large dome STEP file as an assembly, and all of the individual STEP files that comprise the dome.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Responsible for his/her work.
- Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks
- Familiar with creating 3D models from 2D images
- Knowledgeable in file formats and conversions, specifically STEP file format
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recreating the image in 3D
- Ability to communicate effectively and ask clarifying questions if needed
- As a CAD specialist, you should be able to extract maximum detail from the given images.
- The crafted STEP file should effectively and accurately reflect the original design with careful regard to intricate details.
- We will highly consider freelancers who have a proven track record in delivering fast and quality work.
In addition, proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with image and STEP file formats will be advantageous for this project.
