Development of a "15 Puzzle" game for mobile platforms (Android and Ios) -- 2

I wish to know your best offer for the development of a game for mobile platforms, Android and Ios. The game is that is called "15 puzzle", i.e. that game where one has to order 15 tiles numbered from 1 to 15 that can be moved, thanks to a void position, on a 4 x 4 grid.

In order to differentiate my game from those already published on the two main stores, I have in mind to give the possibility to enable an alternative gaming mode that is really slight different from the usual/original one.

This gaming mode will be communicated to the hired freelancer.

The game anyway must have the possibility to record the time taken by the player in order to finish it.

I wish the game will have advertisment banners that will appear at periodic time (a full page advertisement every 3 advertisement - so the path will be 2 banner and 1 full page); so the gaming grid will have to leave a small space for the banner ads and the timer must be stopped while the full page ad is on.

Two further small requirements will be communicated to the hired freelancer.

I can prepare by myself the necessary graphic assets, so I need someone who is able to code the game; I am not an expert, but I think Unity could be the best solution.

I wish to receive your estimate offer, considering that the further requirements and gaming mode are really simple.

Last, I wish you tell me the estimate cost in the case of publishing the game through your developer account.
