Once Students agreed ➝ Send the Registration Link with the Payment link and update the records in Contact (Students) and payment should be updated in the Zoho Book
2- STUDENT PROFILE
The page for the payment with following options
1. Payment Gateway Strip/PayPal integration with Zoho Book
2. Subscription-wise payment in Strip/PayPal and calculate the amount based on subscription.
3. Pause Subscription
4. Change Subscription
5. Payment History, card details
6. Basis Information
7. Packages & Course details should be available.
3- PAYMENT REMINDER to student
1. Email and WhatsApp
2. 1st reminder before 1 week
3. 2nd reminder before 3 days
4. 3rd reminder on the day of expiry
5. 4th Reminder next day of expiry
6. 5th reminder 3rd day of expiry
4- PROGRESS REPORT of the Students
1. Teachers will update records in an Excel sheet and it will be available on Zoho
5- TEACHERS
1. Calculate the Teacher's hours automatically.
2. Payment (payroll) can be released from Zoho Book using [login to view URL] integration and update the records in Zoho Book or Payroll.
