Hi,

There are over 160 countries in the world that have internet. I want you to find every language / location folder name you can find for as many countries as you can find - sorted by population and GDP (gross domestic product)

So what I'm expecting is an XLS with the following column headers:

- URL (the country / region bit) (will look like /gb-en) OR /us-en and so on..)

- i'll need one URL for each location and language that's spoken in that region. Switzerland speaks many languages so one might be /cz-de/
