I would like to implement some pretty major changes to my website, www.triteamglos.co.uk. Mostly regarding the online entries system. I don't think it's clear or intuitive at present.

Restructure the online entry system

Restyle the entry system

Add relevant fields to capture new information

Amend export options

Restyle and organise member information

Site is already running Drupal and a shopping basket, so the above are amends to the correct structure.

I will provide a full break down of changes before expecting a agreed price.

## Deliverables

I would like to implement some pretty major changes to my website, www.triteamglos.co.uk. Mostly regarding the online entries system. I don't think it's clear or intuitive at present. Please could you have a look at the changes, review, and quote the works. Please also provide a time frame for completion. We would want this applied before we re-open our events, however, I want plenty of time to test the system.

Race Specific changes;

Race page to show our events, basically move front race page to Races page, under there little sections. Under each section nice new button, ENTER NOW, I will provide. I will also provide a visual example.

The entry system should be the same as the attached word doc.

General Changes

1. Age group categories need changing

2. When a competitor enters a race, they should automatically be signed up to the corresponding newsletter

3. Race entry counter doesn't work - and hasn't, ever...

4. Validate email addresses

5. Add Emergency contact name and phone number to Member profiles

6. All fields of the new entry system should be exported along with competitor info

7. Export orders - when you select the product and status, I don't see why we need a date, I would like to just export all orders for the event, I find at present you have guess when you may of started taking entries

8. The whole site needs a bit of a restyle, to make it cleaner and more use friendly
